Our Club Instructors

Eric Suter Erik Suter (Chief Flight Instructor, CFI, CFII, MEI, AGI)

Erik began a career in aviation as a result of a lifelong passion for flying. He enjoys teaching and instilling a love of flying in others. In addition to teaching, he is a First Officer at US Airways Express. He has flown club aircraft from Maine to Florida and as far west as Wisconsin. He conducts primary, instrument, and commercial training. He is also available for club checkouts and initial training in the club Cirrus SR-20.

 

 

 


Ron King (CFI)

Is a longtime pilot who got his instructor rating because he enjoys teaching. When he is not teaching private pilot students, he can be found flying his own Piper Lance.


Roberto Perli (CFI, CFII)

Trains private pilot students on evenings and weekends. He also conducts flight reviews for the club. He has trained many private pilots.


Roman Kucharyk (CFI, CFII)

Available to do advanced flight training (instrument, Club checkouts, instrument proficiency and BFR's) on weekends and on every other Friday.


Mike Whitcomb (CFI)

Available Evenings and weekend for Club Checkout, BFR’s and Instrument Proficiency.


Meredith Tcherniavsky (CFI, CFII)

IFC Club Instructor Primary Instruction, Instrument, Club Checkouts, Instrument Proficiency, and BFR’s.


Joe FoxJoe Fox (CFI, CFII, MEI)

Got into flight instructing because he looked forward to teaching his friends to fly. He learned to fly in the mountains of Southwestern Virginia, and has taken club aircraft to places as far as Florida, Maine and Wisconsin. He handles primarily instrument instruction for the club, but also conducts stage checks for private students.
